It started when Akshay moved over to the UK, from Kenya with a thick African accent - a quality made being the new kid in a UK playground particularly difficult. When his playground crush confessed her love for magic, something sparked. That summer he was inspired to spend months mastering his first card trick tirelessly. Although the initial performance didn’t win over his audience, it sparked a lifelong passion for creating moments of wonder and connection.

Years later, Akshay has gone from that shy 11 year old to one of the UK's most sought-after magicians and mentalists. From Premier League footballers to Forbes-listed founders his audiences span the elite and the unexpected. His signature? a refined blend of sleight-of-hand, mind-reading, and charisma that feels more like fashion theatre than traditional magic.

He's performed at candelit weddings, rooftop afterparties, corporate launches, and intimate soirees - with a performance style that's as modern and jaw dropping. In 2024 he founded EntertainmentbyAK, a luxury entertainment collective redefining what unique entertainment looks and feels like in the 21st century.
